{"id":478,"date":"2017-06-10T12:00:01","date_gmt":"2017-06-10T10:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/viveo.hu\/?p=30"},"modified":"2026-10-30T09:55:28","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T08:55:28","slug":"termekdij-kepviselet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viveo.hu\/en\/termekdij-kepviselet\/","title":{"rendered":"EPR and product fee representation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>EPR AND PRODUCT FEE REPRESENTATION<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under our ongoing representation service, we provide our contracted partners with the following services:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Initial system assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">At the start of the service, we carry out a free, comprehensive online system assessment covering the following:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>an overview of the key elements of the legal framework for the environmental product fee and EPR, and of the obligations arising from it;<\/li>\n<li>identification of the product fee and EPR categories and of the applicable KT and KF codes, and determination of when the obligations arise;<\/li>\n<li>a review of the registration, notification, return and reporting obligations towards the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), the environmental authority and MOHU;<\/li>\n<li>an examination of the company\u2019s data collection method, record-keeping system and past EPR and product fee practice. As part of this, we check compliance with the minimum content requirements, identify any errors and gaps, and propose solutions;<\/li>\n<li>guidance on the mandatory invoice clauses;<\/li>\n<li>a review of the rules on reusable packaging;<\/li>\n<li>a review of the responsibilities of the colleagues involved, and clarification of any issues and questions raised;<\/li>\n<li>identification of any need to request a ruling from NAV or the environmental authority and, if required, drafting of the request;<\/li>\n<li>definition and scheduling of the next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Registration and record-keeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>EPR registration:<\/strong> registration on the OKIR electronic platform, and support with registration on the Partner Portal of the concession company (MOHU).<\/li>\n<li><strong>EPR record-keeping:<\/strong> presentation of a record-keeping system that provides a reliable basis for data reporting and returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Reporting, returns and administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>EPR data reporting:<\/strong> regular preparation and submission via the OKIR platform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environmental product fee returns:<\/strong> regular preparation and submission to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).<\/li>\n<li><strong>EPR declarations:<\/strong> review and submission via the OKIR platform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Self-revisions and retrospective returns:<\/strong> preparation and submission to the competent authorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Priority return handling:<\/strong> our partners\u2019 returns are given priority during processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liaison with authorities:<\/strong> communication and administration with NAV and the environmental authority.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MOHU invoice management:<\/strong> review of invoices issued by the concession company, where needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Regulatory compliance and advisory<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Ongoing regulatory monitoring:<\/strong> up-to-date information on relevant legislative changes. We send a practical written summary immediately after changes take effect and, on request, provide individual or group training. This helps our partners reduce their administrative burden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dedicated expert support:<\/strong> a dedicated advisor who answers our partners\u2019 questions and helps resolve product fee and EPR issues.
